Senator Tom Daschle

Senator Tom Daschle

Senator Tom Daschle is a Special Public Policy Advisor at Alston & Bird in Washington, D.C., advising the firm’s clients on issues related to all aspects of public policy with a particular emphasis on issues related to financial services, health care, energy, telecommunications and taxes. He also advises on trade and international matters, and provides strategic and policy advice on renewable energy matters. With more than 25 years of service in the House of Representatives and the Senate and 10 years as Senate Democratic Leader, Senator Daschle has played an instrumental role in the development of U.S. legislative and regulatory policy. Born in Aberdeen, South Dakota, Senator Daschle attended South Dakota State University and graduated in 1969. Following college, he served for three years as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force Strategic Command. After military service, he spent five years as an aide to South Dakota Senator James Abourezk.
Frank Farrell

Frank Farrell

A longtime executive recruiter, Mr. Farrell started at Heidrick & Struggles, where he was the number one producer for the firm. He left to start his own recruiting firm, Farrell & Phin, which he ran with great success for nearly 20 years. Following this venture, he became President of Nordeman Grimm. Later, Mr. Farrell started his current firm, Bentley & Farrell with partner Dave Bentley. A true entrepreneurial bent also led him to invest in several successful technology startups. He holds a B.A. degree from New York University.

Leo Hindery, Jr.
Mr. Hindery is Managing Partner of InterMedia Partners and has spent most of his 37-year career operating and investing in media companies. Most recently, he founded The YES Network, where he was Chairman and CEO. Prior to YES, Mr. Hindery was CEO of Tele-Communciations, Inc. (TCI), Liberty Media and their successor, AT&T Broadband. He holds a B.A from Seattle University and an MBA from Stanford.

Senator Bob Kerrey

Robert "Bob" Kerrey is a former Democratic Governor of Nebraska from 1983 to 1987 and a U.S. Senator from Nebraska (1989–2001). He made a bid for the Democratic presidential nomination in 1992. In 2001 he left the Senate to serve as president of The New School, a university in New York City. He holds a B.S. from the University of Nebraska.

Following his B.A from Williams College and his LLD from Yale University, he practiced corporate and securities law in both New York and Washington D.C., was a senior executive at the SEC, was President and CEO of Columbia Pictures, and was Executive Vice President of the Coca-Cola Company. Bill Bennett

Bill Bennett

Bill Bennett is a retired military officer with diverse national security experience in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. His military career highlights include interagency intelligence support to the US delegation at the 1995 Dayton Peace Talks which ended the Balkan Wars, tours with the US Army’s 82d and 101st Airborne Divisions, and operational deployments to Iraq. His final military posting was service as the Chief of Staff to the DOD Director of Test and Evaluation, whose responsibilities included oversight of over 300 major DOD and missile defense acquisition programs. Upon retiring from the military, Mr. Bennett has held progressively increasing profit and loss management positions at Lockheed Martin, CGI, and TASC. His industry portfolios include a mix of intelligence, information technology, data analytics, and test and evaluation programs in support of US government customers. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and holds post-graduate degrees from the Johns Hopkins Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, the National War College, and the University of Vienna, Austria.
